What you will do

• Collaborate with consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems.
• Analyze and interpret data, evaluate potential solutions, and assist in implementing recommended improvements.
• Participate in all aspects of client engagements, including issue identification and hypothesis formation.
• Develop and deliver presentations that communicate strategy and outcomes to clients.
• Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects and contribute to practice development.

Requirements

• Work experience: 0 or more years.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Proficiency in statistical tools (R, Python, SAS, Matlab), Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Business Intelligence (preferred).
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance improvement.
