What you will do

• Overhaul and manage BI dashboards, including migration and reorganization in Tableau and Metabase.
• Mentor and support junior analysts on best practices and tools.
• Drive data initiatives for new international markets and contribute to market launches.
• Build and maintain core metric reference dashboards as the single source of truth.
• Establish data governance, naming conventions, and metadata documentation.
• Enable self-serve analytics and develop decision-grade insights for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience as a Business Intelligence analyst, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with modern BI tools, specifically Tableau and Metabase, and proficiency in SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to explain data insights to business stakeholders.
• Must be based in the Philippines (Manila) and willing to work hours aligned primarily with Australian business hours.
