What you will do

• Migrate and reorganize Tableau dashboards and Metabase charts to improve scalability and governance.
• Define and maintain core health metrics and KPIs as a single source of truth.
• Mentor junior analysts on analytics best practices and tool frameworks.
• Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to translate complex datasets into actionable strategic insights.
• Enable self-serve analytics by providing training and documentation to business stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovation projects, including potential AI-driven analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines (Manila) and willing to work hours aligned with Australian business hours.
• 8–15 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or data analyst capacity.
• Proven hands-on expertise with Tableau and Metabase.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical data concepts and business decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Proven Tableau portfolio showcasing dashboard design skills.
