Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau): Unlocking high-leverage self-serve analytics through a scalable, well-governed Tableau and Metabase ecosystem with an accent on cleaning legacy data and establishing a single source of truth for core metrics. Focus on designing advanced analytics products, mentoring junior team members, and enabling data-driven decision-making across international markets.
Location: Must be based in the Philippines (Manila) with availability to align with Australian business hours.

What you will do
- Migrate and reorganize Tableau dashboards and Metabase charts to improve scalability and governance.
- Define and maintain core health metrics and KPIs as a single source of truth.
- Mentor junior analysts on analytics best practices and tool frameworks.
- Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to translate complex datasets into actionable strategic insights.
- Enable self-serve analytics by providing training and documentation to business stakeholders.
- Contribute to innovation projects, including potential AI-driven analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines (Manila) and willing to work hours aligned with Australian business hours.
- 8–15 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or data analyst capacity.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Tableau and Metabase.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical data concepts and business decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

- Proven Tableau portfolio showcasing dashboard design skills.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Previous experience collaborating within international distributed teams.
