What you will do
- Develop analytical models to calculate OKR and variable compensation targets.
- Create scalable data visualizations for sales performance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop solutions for commercial teams to track their results and variable compensation.
- Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboards and make improvements.
- Build relationships with the Analytics Team and navigate the organization for collaborative delivery.
- Communicate complex concepts to management, team members, and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, or a similar Business Analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for business modeling.
- Experience using Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker); SQL skills are a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, territory management, and quota setting.
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
