What you will do

• Partner with Head of Product to drive strategic product development.
• Lead end-to-end product development for backend, frontend, and AI agents.
• Be hands-on in development, research, and implement quick MVPs.
• Understand and evolve architecture, balancing new features with infrastructure.
• Refine requirements, allocate development resources, and invest in team speed.
• Grow, lead, and mentor an engineering team (people management).

Requirements

• Solid background as lead product engineer, senior technology leader, engineering manager, or CTO.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams (preferably 10+ people).
• Wide knowledge in technologies, understanding modern frontend, backend, and AI stack.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS products in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Hands-on experience in building AI/ML products.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling product 10-100x in a fast growing startup environment.
• Lean organizational design understanding and agentic approach to development automation.
