What you will do

• Proactively manage the end-to-end eCommerce supply chain, ensuring data integrity across NetSuite and partner platforms.
• Track and manage order data, ensuring accurate shipment tracking and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Own the fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring partners meet strict SLAs and optimizing inventory turnover.
• Act as a point of contact for vendor partners, managing PO lifecycles and resolving claims.
• Coordinate inventory planning and receipt schedules.
• Coordinate monthly manufacturer returns and recycling shipments with the distribution center and returns processor.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven mindset with dedication to continuous improvement.
