Salary: $96,500 - $151,000 USD (annual cash compensation)

What you will do

• Lead customers through successful implementations of the hirify.global platform.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders by learning and solving their challenges.
• Manage internal resources, customer resources, and third parties as needed.
• Build customer-facing artifacts like presentations, project plans, data schemas, and MarTech architecture diagrams.
• Advocate internally for your customers’ product needs.
• Effectively manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
• Travel to onsites to gain valuable face-time with key customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or comparable.
• Understanding how data flows between systems in a tech stack.
• 3+ years experience delivering complex MarTech implementation consulting to large enterprise customers.
• Proficient in coaching, training, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and facilitating.
• Strong communication, listening, and project management skills.
• Empathy for customers and teammates.

Nice to have

• Experience in growth marketing operations, marketing automation, and email/SMS/mobile marketing.
