What you will do

  • Provide leadership to a team of implementation engineers, including upskill planning.
  • Act as the primary contact for client onboarding issues, ensuring tracking, prioritization, and communication.
  • Provide customer service, answering technical questions and resolving usage difficulties.
  • Work with clients and internal teams during and after product integration, including analysis, scripting, and training.
  • Manage short and long-term goals for the team, creating and enforcing policies and documentation.
  • Lead Implementation Engineering projects from requirements to operations and participate in platform migration strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience managing a technical implementation team or similar.
  • Understanding and experience with Service Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of client-facing application technologies including API/SOA integrations (Mulesoft, AWS API Gateway) and hosted web environments.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as React/PHP, Salesforce Marketing/Service Cloud, and operational tools like Confluence and Jira.
  • Proficient in change management processes (ITIL) and experience improving client satisfaction.
