What you will do
- Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of client onboarding from initiation to launch.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Contribute to designing and implementing scalable and efficient systems and processes.
- Break down challenging business problems and own execution and outcomes.
- Oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics.
- Proactively understand the business to solve emerging problems.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for working with data.
- Expertise in project management, with experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in an autonomous environment, expertly prioritizing, and identifying internal and external blockers.
- Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address client needs.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Retool and Google Suite.
- Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space.
