What you will do
- Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
- Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation for scaling the customer base.
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of internal operations projects.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Billing, Sales, and Account Management teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for largest and most complex accounts, managing client relationships and maximizing retention.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and efficient systems and processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
- Experience leading others in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Expertise in project management, deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in an autonomous environment, prioritizing, and identifying blockers.
- Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering customer value by understanding client use cases.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
- Ability to travel 10-20%.
Nice to have
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space.
- Prior start-up experience.
