What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders across hirify.global’s Corporate Groups (e.g., Finance, Legal, IT, Digital, M&A, Marketing, Corporate Communications).
• Align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
• Serve as a liaison to HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Support corporate teams in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Contribute to organizational development efforts.
• Ensure high employee engagement and compliance across the function.

Requirements

• Strong experience acting as a strategic HR Business Partner.
• Demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Proficiency in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development.
• Focus on ensuring high employee engagement and compliance.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
