Salary: The expected base for this role is $140,000 - $165,000.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with leaders and managers.
• Provide strategic guidance and serve as a trusted advisor on people-related challenges, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on the People team to design and align processes and systems with business needs.
• Support the development and execution of talent strategies and programs, including performance management, career growth paths, and talent acquisition.
• Help design and execute learning and development programs that enhance employee skills in an AI-first environment.
• Build employee engagement initiatives that promote retention and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in HR, with at least 4 years as an HRBP or People Partner.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proven track record in building meaningful relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment, with adaptability and flexibility.
• Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including performance and talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
• Steadfast aptitude toward keeping confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
• A strong drive for project management and comfort with integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows.
