What you will do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Engineering and Security leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
- Coach leaders and managers on performance, feedback, and team culture, building manager capability.
- Lead end-to-end performance processes for your client groups, defining expectations and career paths.
- Manage complex employee relations concerns, ensuring compliance with US employment practices.
- Champion inclusive leadership and equitable people practices, translating data into action plans for engagement.
- Use HR metrics and insights to influence decisions and evaluate impact, partnering cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and other People teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HRBP/People Partner experience, including meaningful experience supporting Engineering or Security organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of US employment practices and employee relations, with comfort navigating ambiguity and sensitive issues.
- Experience supporting global, distributed teams, with particular strength partnering across the US and EMEA regions.
- Demonstrated strength in organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and coaching leaders through performance and change.
- Data fluency (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required) and clear, confident communication skills.
- High integrity, strong judgment, and consistent follow-through in a fast-moving environment.
