What you will do
- Design and embed AI deliberately and responsibly across People processes (recruitment, onboarding, communications, performance).
- Redesign performance systems to align objectives, compensation, and feedback, enhancing clarity and signal integrity.
- Define and optimize the hybrid working model, addressing productivity and knowledge transfer gaps, and increasing leadership visibility.
- Elevate internal communications maturity, partnering with leadership to create a coherent internal narrative.
- Support the cultural evolution from a curiosity-first startup to a disciplined, asset-conscious scaling organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years in senior People / HR leadership roles within high-growth technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience scaling from startup or scale-up into structured operating maturity.
- Strong systems thinker with experience redesigning performance and accountability frameworks.
- Experience embedding AI or automation into People functions.
- Comfortable partnering directly with founders and executive teams.
- Proven track record building manager capability and leadership accountability.
