What you will do

• Act as a trusted thought partner to the Country Manager for Croatia and local leadership team.
• Provide guidance on organisational effectiveness, team structure, workforce planning, and role clarity.
• Coach and support leaders to strengthen managerial capability, decision-making, feedback quality, and performance accountability.
• Lead the execution of core people cycles in Croatia including performance management, compensation, engagement, and talent reviews.
• Drive initiatives that reinforce hirify.global’s culture, values, and ways of working.
• Contribute to broader People Partnering initiatives across the region.

Requirements

• Experienced People Partner who has supported commercial, operational, or GTM teams in a fast-growing environment (FinTech, SaaS, or similarly dynamic sectors preferred).
• Understand how growth plays out on the ground and how people decisions directly influence business outcomes.
• Comfortable operating close to the business, balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery in a country environment.
• Value progress and clarity over over-engineering or consensus-seeking.
