What you will do
- Partner with managers on organizational design, performance, and team dynamics, coaching them on leadership skills.
- Support individual employee cases with empathy and structure, ensuring fairness and alignment with company culture.
- Contribute to and ensure high-quality execution of HR programs like performance reviews and compensation cycles.
- Drive People projects across teams, including employee engagement, feedback culture, and management development.
- Leverage data and innovation to enhance efficiency, analyze people metrics, and automate HR operations.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Consultant in a startup, scale-up, or tech/gaming/consulting environment.
- Strong business acumen to connect HR initiatives with strategic and financial outcomes.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, balancing people and business needs.
- Analytical and innovation-driven mindset, comfortable using data to improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of French labor law and experience supporting multi-country international HR topics is required.
- Proactive, structured, curious, and takes ownership.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills to build trust and influence.
