What you will do

• Partner with managers to understand their team challenges and objectives, providing guidance on org design, performance, and team dynamics.
• Support individual cases (performance, career development, reorganization, retention, conflict resolution, etc.) with empathy and structure.
• Contribute to HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent mapping.
• Drive People projects across the teams (employee engagement, feedback culture, management development, DE&I, etc.) in collaboration with the wider HR function.
• Leverage data and innovation to elevate efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, including at least one experience as an HRBP or HR Consultant, in a startup, scale-up, or top tech/gaming/consulting environment, with proven ability to manage autonomously.
• Strong business acumen, able to connect HR initiatives to strategic and financial outcomes.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, balancing people and business needs effectively.
• Analytical and innovation-driven mindset: comfortable using data to support decision making, measure impact, and experiment with automation or new tools to improve efficiency.
• Knowledge of French labor law, and experience supporting multi-country international HR topics.
• Proactive, structured, and curious: someone who takes ownership and drives things forward rather than waiting for direction.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, capable of building trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
