What you will do

• Partner with managers on organizational design, performance, and team dynamics, coaching them on leadership skills.
• Support individual employee cases with empathy and structure, ensuring fairness and alignment with company culture.
• Contribute to and ensure high-quality execution of HR programs like performance reviews and compensation cycles.
• Drive People projects across teams, including employee engagement, feedback culture, and management development.
• Leverage data and innovation to enhance efficiency, analyze people metrics, and automate HR operations.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Consultant in a startup, scale-up, or tech/gaming/consulting environment.
• Strong business acumen to connect HR initiatives with strategic and financial outcomes.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, balancing people and business needs.
• Analytical and innovation-driven mindset, comfortable using data to improve efficiency.
• Knowledge of French labor law and experience supporting multi-country international HR topics is required.
• Proactive, structured, curious, and takes ownership.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills to build trust and influence.
