What you will do
- Manage a defined set of accounts within an assigned territory.
- Engage customers and partners primarily over the phone to drive preference for hirify.global solutions and close sales opportunities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for existing and prospective customers with product questions.
- Identify business needs and clearly articulate hirify.global’s value proposition.
- Support partners by providing quotes for tech refreshes, product solutions, service upgrades, and renewals.
- Independently manage, progress, and close pipeline opportunities, accurately preparing and submitting sales forecasts.
- Use prospecting tools to identify key contacts and conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new opportunities, including cold calling into new accounts.
- Collaborate with Channel teams and Field Marketing to plan and execute campaigns and events that drive pipeline growth and achieve activity metrics.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and business value to diverse audiences.
- Experience using prospecting platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior exposure to various technologies or concepts in distributed environments.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Onsite presence required in the RTP office 5 days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
