TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Healthcare): Managing and expanding revenue with Enterprise Healthcare accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing account strategies. Focus on engaging decision-makers at CIO/CSO level, collaborating with internal and external partners, and utilizing Salesforce.com for prospect information.

Location: Remote. This is a field sales role with accounts mainly in CST. Candidates residing in these time zones will be considered first. Must be based in the USA.

Salary: $105,000–$163,000 per year (USD)

What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned territory.
  • Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives (CIO, CSO level) in industry, partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement.
  • Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships, and capture/maintain prospect information using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Experience with Healthcare regulatory concerns and negotiating Business Associate Agreements.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings.
  • Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Ability to work remotely and willing to travel on short notice, up to 50% of the time.
  • Must be based in the USA, preferably in a Central Time Zone (CST) state.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of IT selling experience, preferably selling software security and/or infrastructure security products.
  • A Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Master’s Degree.
