What you will do
- Develop future-state operating models that support scalability, margin optimization, and cross-functional alignment.
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs across FP&A, deals desk, and finance operations.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, machine learning, cloud) to streamline workflows.
- Transform forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes to improve agility and accuracy.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives through financial modeling and strategic analysis, serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong track record in transformation leadership.
- Expertise in FP&A, financial systems, automation technologies, and strategic business partnering.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Must be available to work in office at least 3 days/week in Las Vegas, NV.
