Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD

hirify.global is a company seeking an experienced Strategy Director to work on a major financial services account.

What you will do

• Manage overall quality of strategy work across lines of business for one of our largest accounts.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and the Managing Director to ensure appropriate staffing and deployment of strategists.
• Ensure core processes and deliverables are effective in delivering strategic guidance.
• Work with clients to identify business problems and challenges and become an expert in their sector.
• Partner closely with Marketing Science teams to articulate the impact of performance marketing.
• Synthesize insights into clear, compelling, inspiring creative briefs.

Requirements

• Extensive related experience in planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Experience working on extensive digital UX projects.
• Deep experience in developing proposals and presentations for clients.
• Experience working with Financial services clients.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex subject matter verbally and written.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing research and sciences areas.
