Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 USD depending on location

What you will do
- Own performance and optimization for one or more paid marketing channels, improving cost per qualified lead and pipeline contribution.
- Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns focused on acquiring and engaging independent financial advisors.
- Design and run structured experiments across targeting, creative, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance across the advisor lifecycle and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to test compliant messaging that meets regulatory and brand standards.
- Maintain department-level reporting, identify performance trends, and recommend areas for budget or strategy adjustments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with ownership of measurable pipeline or revenue goals.
- Experience activating and managing campaigns within a marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
- Experience managing paid channels such as search, paid social, programmatic, or lead generation partners.
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing toward funnel and pipeline outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Data, Compliance, and Creative partners to execute integrated campaigns.
- Ability to operate in a regulated environment with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B or financial services marketing.
- Familiarity with long sales cycles and advisor-focused growth models.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing attribution tools.
- Experience using analytics and project management tools such as Google Analytics, Superset, or Jira.
- Securities exams preferred, but not required.
