TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (Fintech): Accelerating the adoption and growth of hirify.global's financial products for small business employees with an accent on understanding market needs, creating positioning and messaging, and delivering go-to-market strategies. Focus on driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for mobile-first tools, including checking and savings accounts and budgeting.

Location: Hybrid in New York, Denver, or San Francisco, USA, with employees expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $153,470 - $199,511/year (for New York/San Francisco) or $128,165 - $166,615/year (for Denver).

What you will do

  • Understand the market, identify unmet customer needs, and develop customer segmentation.
  • Evaluate market trends and the competitive landscape to define competitive advantage.
  • Create positioning, messaging, and packaging that articulates value and resonates with distinct audiences.
  • Deliver go-to-market strategies and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app) to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, PR, Brand, and Sales teams on cohesive strategies.
  • Drive strategy, goal setting, and execution, tracking progress against commitments.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing with a focus on B2C products or Fintech.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience using customer insights and data to inform segmentation, messaging, and manage experiments.
  • Experience running automated lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Iterable or Braze.
