What you will do
- Own the day-to-day media budget for respective channels and be accountable for key performance indicators (CAC and ROAS).
- Lead media plan development and execution across paid social, programmatic display, and online video (OLV).
- Continually optimize within and across channels and markets to maximize media impact on near-term subscription/revenue (Direct Response) and market-level brand goals.
- Strengthen relationships with key and emerging advertising publishers to ensure access to best-in-class media capabilities and integrate industry trends.
- Support hirify.global’s international expansion by aligning media initiatives with market priorities and informing localized creative briefings.
- Oversee and improve processes across a high-performing in-house team, refining a point of view on in-house vs. agency use cases.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven impact on business outcomes.
- Experience with SaaS or subscription brands preferred; experience with global programs preferred.
- Comfort and experience planning and optimizing media channel investment and strategy across different funnel objectives (Brand, DR).
- Demonstrated success using data to inform plans and optimize in-flight campaigns, with fluency in both brand and DR measurement.
- A collaborative approach with experience influencing cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
- Proven success leading and developing a high-performing team, ideally with experience across both in-house and agency support models.
