What you will do

  • Partner with Regional Business Developers to deeply understand prospect needs and craft compelling solutions that accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Conduct rigorous, data-driven research to cultivate and expand a robust regional pipeline of corporate sales leads.
  • Manage and coordinate inquiries from regional advisors, transforming these insights into actionable sales leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to research and analyze marketing leads and strategically position services.
  • Develop and refine bespoke client and prospect materials, including presentations, proposals, and program timelines.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal counterparts and participate in client/prospect teleconferences and meetings.
  • Systematically maintain and track institutional opportunities in Salesforce, facilitating follow-up actions.
  • Provide critical project management support for large-scale corporate initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience within the marketing, sales, or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Robust project management capabilities and a proven ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Unwavering commitment to meticulous attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work products.
  • Superior organizational skills and a keen sense of urgency, effectively managing multiple priorities.
