What you will do

  • Source, develop, and sign new business deals aligned with company strategy for strong revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop greenfield and upsell business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Work with sales team members to execute account planning and engage with senior executives.
  • Develop and track KPIs to increase overall sales productivity and improve decision-making.
  • Assist in developing strategies to support the Company’s overall sales, business development, and profitability goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 3+ years in Financial Institutions and payments/card issuing space.
  • Proven experience in payments or issuer processing.
  • Successful track record of achieving sales quotas with tenacity and persistence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and IT literate).
  • Strong affinity for technology and ability to grasp new technologies.
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese is a must.
  • Reading and writing fluency in English is a must; business-level or higher speaking fluency in English is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales management tools (HubSpot preferred).
