What you will do

• Build, manage, and maintain rotas for Customer Support and Compliance teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage, coordinating leave requests and training schedules.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to optimize workforce efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Work closely with operations and HR to align scheduling with business needs.
• Generate reports on scheduling performance and critical metrics.
• Propose improvements for rota procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience coordinating rotas for Customer Support and/or Compliance teams.
• Experience in multi-location, multi-brand, and multi-time zone scheduling.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with rota management tools and workforce scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and collaborator management skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a quick-moving, fast-developing workplace.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location (US) without visa sponsorship.

• Background in online industries (gaming, betting, fintech, insurance).
