Salary: $153,075 – $275,535 USD

What you will do

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic relationships with automotive OEMs, captive finance arms, and Tier-1 partners.
  • Develop strategies to unlock new OEM-centric revenue streams through data licensing, analytics, and risk decisioning products.
  • Leverage and grow an executive network within automotive OEMs across marketing, sales, connected services, and digital innovation.
  • Source, structure, and negotiate complex partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that integrate hirify.global's data and technology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, data, analytics, technology, sales, client management) to co-create OEM-specific solutions.
  • Represent hirify.global Automotive at major OEM forums, industry conferences, and executive roundtables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in OEM-focused business development, corporate strategy, or strategic partnerships within automotive, mobility, or connected-vehicle ecosystems.
  • Proven record of establishing and expanding partnerships with automakers and captive finance entities.
  • Extensive executive network within the automotive OEM community and related industry partners.
  • Experience with OEM operations, connected-car data, digital retailing, and vehicle lifecycle value creation.
  • Advanced financial modeling and business-case development skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with latest technologies such as AI/ML, connected-vehicle data platforms, EV ecosystems, and mobility-as-a-service models.
