What you will do

  • Understand key customer initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking across various functions and share expertise in Decisioning, Analytics, & Optimization.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to articulate hirify.global’s platform capabilities.
  • Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaboration with internal Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Architects.
  • Ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term, expanding, and profitable relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal hirify.global teams (Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, Professional Services) to create cohesive sales efforts.
  • Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets, with opportunities for significant earnings upside.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience in building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives within large financial institutions.
  • Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending, with experience applying machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization.
  • Ability to craft and execute joint business plans aligning with client objectives and hirify.global’s strategic priorities.
  • Familiarity and ability to speak about Architecture, Integration, Cloud, AI, Decisioning, Automation, Analytics, and Optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
