What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic technology partnerships by analyzing market trends and competitive intelligence to drive growth.
• Cultivate and strengthen partnerships by fostering collaboration and orchestrating executive-level engagement.
• Lead partnership negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring clear terms and long-term value creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align partnership objectives with company strategy.
• Develop and implement KPIs to assess partnership success, providing data-driven insights and regular updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Partnerships, Sales, Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Exceptional communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align partnerships to business objectives and drive measurable results.
