TL;DR

Director, Partner Success (AI): Owning and scaling the post-sales partner lifecycle for ecosystem partnerships with an accent on driving performance, accountability, and operational excellence. Focus on designing scalable partner success playbooks, leveraging AI tools, and being the voice of partners within the company.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States, with some states excluded (AK, DE, IA, MS, MO, NE, RI, SD, VT, WV, WI). Travel 10-20% is expected. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $164,900–$236,000 (USD)

What you will do

  • Own the entire post-deal partner lifecycle, from onboarding and launch to optimization and renewal.
  • Design and implement a scalable Partner Success engine with playbooks, partner tiers, and efficient processes.
  • Drive performance management by defining KPIs, running QBRs, and addressing underperforming partnerships.
  • Act as the voice of partners internally, aggregating feedback and influencing product roadmap based on market needs.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with legal, security, and regulatory teams.
  • Lead and develop the Partner Success function, fostering a data-driven and proactive culture.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in Customer/Partner Success, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Operations, preferably in health tech, SaaS, or platforms.
  • Experience owning post-sales performance for complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Strong data and analytics skills, including defining metrics and interpreting dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or mature Partner Success/CS functions (playbooks, tiering, QBRs, health scoring, tooling).
  • Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record leading matrixed initiatives across multiple departments.
  • High integrity regarding privacy, security, and member trust.
  • Fluency with the latest AI tools for partner enablement.
  • English: B2 proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Background in wearables, healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or regulated data environments.
  • Experience supporting both D2C and B2B/B2B2C partnerships.
  • Familiarity with AI agents (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) and CRM tools (Hubspot).
