Location: This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, Canada office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.
Salary: CAD 100,000–120,000 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to grow AWS market share in Canada.
- Manage a portfolio of partners focusing on expanding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and maintaining Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Identify new SMB and Enterprise opportunities and support partners in positioning AWS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resellers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and convert a solid sales pipeline for sustainable growth.
- Drive AWS Services opportunities focused on assessments, migrations, and AI workloads.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is required.
- Technical understanding of cloud computing and AWS solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT distribution and/or the cloud industry.
- Familiarity with distribution channels and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with resellers and indirect sales models.
- Fluency in French.
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
