Paid Media Specialist (SaaS): Leading global paid media strategy across search, programmatic, and paid social to generate predictable pipeline with an accent on full-funnel program design and budget optimization. Focus on building experimentation roadmaps, designing attribution models, and aligning paid strategy with PLG conversion goals.
Location: Hybrid in Montréal, Canada (minimum two days per week at the office)

What you will do
- Build and execute a global paid media strategy covering search, display, programmatic, paid social, and paid video.
- Manage global budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing to optimize for CPL, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Develop an experimentation roadmap utilizing channel testing and A/B frameworks (VWO).
- Co-create performance measurement infrastructure, including KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and PLG teams to produce high-impact creative and messaging.
- Manage agency relationships, platform partners, and external vendors.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing within B2B environments, preferably in SaaS.
- Expert knowledge of SEA, paid social, programmatic buying, and multi-channel orchestration.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, and programmatic DSPs.
- Mastery of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Montréal office at least two days per week.
