TL;DR

Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (SaaS): Driving pipeline creation and conversion for marketing and BDR teams with an accent on evaluating spend performance and optimizing lead lifecycle. Focus on developing predictive scoring models, maturing attribution models, and performing gap analysis to close pipeline shortfalls.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Vancouver, BC, Canada

Salary: $84,000-$120,000/year + bonus

What you will do

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to evaluate spend performance and advise on campaign efficiency and channel impact.
  • Collaborate with BDR leadership to refine inbound/outbound mix and increase conversion rates.
  • Perform proactive gap analysis to identify and propose solutions for pipeline shortfalls.
  • Maintain the operational blueprint for the end-to-end lead lifecycle, refining lead routing and stage definitions.
  • Develop and iterate on predictive lead scoring models combining behavioral intent with firmographic fit.
  • Mature attribution models and standardize reporting with scalable dashboards for Go-To-Market insights.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations, with at least 3 years deeply embedded in Marketing Ops within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills for data collection, analysis, visualization, and scenario planning from multiple sources.
  • Proven track record of gathering requirements and designing dashboards in partnership with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and Marketo database design and reporting functionality.
  • Familiarity with other tools in the Go-To-Market tech stack.
