What you will do
- Ensure delivery of P&L KPIs across core trading categories (Mobile, Connected, PAYG, Home & TV).
- Lead the creation, consolidation, and management of KPI initiatives across products and teams.
- Produce high-quality content and papers for Consumer Exec Board updates on trading performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Create a birds-eye view of P&L performance across categories, incorporating trading and base performance.
- Ensure relevant content, messages, and actions are elevated across Mobile, Broadband, Connected, and PAYG.
- Collaborate with brand and pricing teams to ensure Consumer P&L outcomes align with growth plans and ambition.
Requirements
- Ability to take complex information or data and create clear and understandable outputs (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Commercial literacy to understand the impact of various inputs on P&L performance.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, including quick decision making.
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines of weekly governance.
- Superb stakeholder management skills across all directorates.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate complex issues, dependencies, and influence alignment on recommendations.
