What you will do

• Produce and review key financial and business reports.
• Deliver in-depth analysis of performance, trends, and outcomes.
• Analyze margins, customer churn, KPIs, and commercial metrics.
• Build and enhance financial models and KPI databases.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles.
• Calculate and report Group sales commission accurately.

Requirements

• Experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role.
• Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Confident communicator, able to explain complex data clearly.
• Comfortable working independently to tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with tools such as Planful or Power BI.
