What you will do

• Serve as primary financial advisor to the Region West General Manager, leading regional financial strategy.
• Drive year-over-year growth in revenue, EBITA, and cash performance.
• Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure full accountability for Region West financial statements and compliance with IFRS, GAAP, VAT, and tax regulations.
• Harmonize financial systems, simplify organizational structures, and control costs across the region.
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional finance team across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive FP&A or finance leadership experience.
• At least 10 years leading teams and managing financial operations for a significant revenue line of business.
• Proven track record managing multi-entity P&Ls across diverse markets.
• Experience supporting organic growth, corporate development initiatives, alliances, joint ventures, and M&A.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
• Experience operating in digitally transforming environments, including cloud-based and AI-driven business models.
• English: B2 required.
