What you will do

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Region West General Manager.
• Lead the development and execution of regional financial strategy aligned with divisional objectives.
• Drive year-over-year growth acceleration in revenue, EBITA, and cash performance.
• Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance (IFRS, GAAP, VAT, tax).
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional finance team across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Strong Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive FP&A or finance leadership experience, with at least 10 years leading teams and managing financial operations.
• Proven track record managing multi-entity P&Ls across diverse markets.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
• Experience operating in digitally transforming environments, including cloud-based and AI-driven business models.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
