What you will do
- Learn and understand hirify.global products, services, and sales methodology.
- Develop and execute business plans to generate pipeline and revenue in assigned territory.
- Build strong client relationships and expand into new accounts or buying centers.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and services teams to generate customer demand.
- Leverage internal and external partners to extend reach and impact.
- Manage territory forecast and document sales steps using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Must be located in Northeast or Mid Atlantic states in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred).
- Strong client engagement, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience selling in the SAP ERP space.
- Approximately 25% travel required.
