TL;DR

Partner Executive (E-commerce): Own and drive the strategic direction of hirify.global’s most critical partnerships, translating partner relationships into measurable revenue growth, expanded market reach, and accelerated client adoption of digital commerce technologies with an accent on defining objectives, investment priorities, and go-to-market plans. Focus on negotiating complex commercial agreements, building executive-level relationships, and influencing cross-functional initiatives to deliver on partnership commitments.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $145,000-$210,000 per year (base pay), plus a 20% discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Define objectives, investment priorities, and go-to-market plans for high-value channel partnerships.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with VP and C-level partner stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor.
  • Achieve or exceed revenue and GMV targets by executing partner-sourced pipeline strategies and co-selling motions.
  • Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements, including revenue-share models, co-investment frameworks, and strategic incentive programs.
  • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, Services, and Client Success teams.
  • Design and refine partner enablement strategies and contribute to the evolution of hirify.global’s partner program.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, or enterprise sales, with a minimum of 3 years in partner-facing leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue or quota targets.
  • Deep expertise in e-commerce, retail technology, marketplace platforms, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships (VP and C-suite) with strategic partners.
  • Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements including revenue-share, co-investment, and multi-year strategic partnerships.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of influencing without authority.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven pipeline management.

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, or enterprise sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing partnerships with retailer and ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target), digital advertising networks, or fulfillment and logistics providers.
  • Prior experience shaping or evolving partner program structures, including tiering, certification, and incentive models.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, B2B go-to-market motions, and partner-led selling methodologies.
  • Experience mentoring or developing team members in partnership or sales functions.
