What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth, executing comprehensive sales strategies.
- Conduct research, understand prospect needs, and present customized software solutions, initiating and maintaining relationships with decision-makers.
- Utilize product knowledge for effective high-level demos, connecting prospects’ business objectives to specific hirify.global solutions.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Overcome objections, negotiate terms and pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with Channel Partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred).
- Proven track record in mid-market/volume sales ideally in a SaaS organization (2-5 years).
- Strong understanding of technical software solutions and their applications.
- Experience in Microsoft and/or Salesforce environment (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, closing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, customer-centric, and analytical mindset.
