What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for early- to mid-career professional hires.
- Lead hiring delivery for Inside Sales and TSD, partnering closely with leadership.
- Support Sales Academy programs across multiple markets and help achieve monthly intake targets.
- Execute strategic sourcing strategies, leveraging talent marketing tools, programs, and networks.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring leaders toward inclusive hiring decisions.
- Partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to deliver seamless hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume sales hiring.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing both active and passive talent.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting timelines and hiring goals.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong urgency and accountability.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
