What you will do

• Operate with high sourcing targets and maintain consistent productivity across outreach, funnel progression, and profile generation.
• Utilize high-volume sourcing, market mapping, and talent intelligence to identify and attract top-tier technical talent, primarily for Engineering roles.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Candidate Experience, Talent Brand, and Hiring Managers on attraction initiatives.
• Initially focus on sourcing talent across US and Canada, with potential for expansion into new regions.
• Own sourcing funnel metrics, reporting weekly to TA leadership, and adjusting strategies based on data.
• Design and run experiments in messaging, sequencing, and channel strategies to improve sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical talent sourcing, preferably within a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Must be Canada-based.
• Proven ability to thrive amidst ambiguity, make quick decisions, and manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to navigate and succeed in sourcing talent in new or highly competitive markets.
• Comfort with aggressive outreach strategies, target-driven candidate conversion, and achieving screening-to-offer goals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing talent across various geographical markets and strong influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI assisted sourcing tools, enrichment platforms, and outreach automation.
