What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to closing.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline across Engineering, Product, and GTM functions.
• Partner with founders to understand technical requirements and align hiring with company goals.
• Ensure a gold-standard candidate journey through clear communication.
• Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and employer branding strategies.
• Optimize the recruiting tech stack and internal tracking mechanisms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles.
• A deep understanding of technical stacks and developer communities.
• Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to source and close top-tier engineering talent.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or remote US & Canada
