What you will do

• Elevate productivity by operating with very high sourcing targets and maintaining consistent productivity across outreach.
• Proactively attract top-tier technical talent for hirify.global, with a primary focus on Engineering roles.
• Strategically collaborate with Recruiters, Candidate Experience, Talent Brand, and Hiring Managers to execute attraction initiatives.
• Concentrate on sourcing talent across the US and Canada, with the potential for expansion into new regions.
• Take ownership of sourcing funnel metrics, including volume, response rates, and conversion.
• Design and run experiments in messaging, sequencing, and channel strategies to continuously improve sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical talent sourcing, preferably within a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven ability to thrive amidst ambiguity, make quick decisions, and effectively manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to navigate and succeed in sourcing talent, particularly in new or highly competitive markets where talent is scarce.
• Comfort with aggressive outreach strategies, target-driven candidate conversion, and achieving screening-to-offer goals.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing talent across various geographical markets.
• Fast ramp-up to understand hirify.global’s technical bar and the ability to translate this into effective sourcing strategies across seniority levels.
