Salary: $21 to $23 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with general People & Culture programs, including organizing in-person and virtual employee and intern events.
• Support the execution of Interac's campus program, including campus recruitment and intern programming.
• Provide administrative support to the Workday team, handling day-to-day system tasks and documentation updates.
• Assist with data audits, clean-up activities, and system hygiene efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Help maintain and update Workday documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Respond to employee inquiries and monitor shared inboxes according to service level agreements.

Requirements

• Must be currently studying Human Resources, Business, Administration, or Information Systems.
• Possess solid verbal, written, and analytical communication skills.
• Demonstrate proven time management and organization skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Proven experience in handling sensitive tasks and conversations with confidentiality and discretion.
• Exhibit critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, MS Teams), with a preference for Excel working knowledge.

• Familiarity or previous experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.
