Salary: $100,000 to $119,000 CAD

What you will do

• Spearhead initiatives to increase the adoption of P&C reporting tools.
• Support the development of the overall Insights roadmap, prioritizing automation and self-service.
• Act as a consultant to P&C Heads of Region, identifying analytical trends.
• Implement an intake framework to shift the team towards being problem solvers.
• Provide technical guidance to analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Research and assess the adoption of new reporting tools and AI opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Workday ecosystem.
• Expert-level proficiency in creating complex Calculated Fields.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-stakes reports.
• Deep knowledge of configuring custom reports and handling large data sets.
• Experience working within or closely with a People function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science.
• Background working as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Experience working with People Analytics tools (Prism, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Workday Pro Certification (Reporting).
