- Lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.

- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for evergreen and high-impact roles.
- Manage the company's coop program with top universities.

- Track recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and adapt to changing market conditions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of dedicated Recruiting expertise, with prior in-house experience.
- Prior experience supporting a SaaS or Technology business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven generalist experience sourcing and interviewing across a variety of disciplines (Engineering, Product, Design, Go-to-Market, Operations).
- Polished, adaptable communication style.
- High-output, proactive, and mission-driven mindset.
- Startup mentality, ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of sourcing technologies and Greenhouse ATS.
