What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Parisian hospitality industry to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Shape effective territory sales plans using market research and insights.
  • Engage prospects through in-person meetings, outreach, and tailored presentations.
  • Guide clients from needs analysis to solution design, contract agreements, and seamless onboarding.
  • Deliver engaging presentations showcasing hirify.global’s POS and hospitality technology suite.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data for reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field and outbound sales, ideally within solution-based technology or hospitality environments.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Skilled in sales development best practices, including pipeline building and territory planning.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experienced in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Fluency in French and English required.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.
