What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Lead commercial onboarding by aligning stakeholders on goals, success metrics, and early value.
- Drive adoption and value through structured customer conversations demonstrating ongoing impact and ROI.
- Manage renewals proactively, identifying and mitigating risk early.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities based on demonstrated value and business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Fluency in French & English - Written and spoken proficiency in both languages is essential.
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing an existing book of business.
- Strong commercial acumen in renewals, expansion strategy, prioritization, and negotiation.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships and outcomes.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive with strong follow-through.
