TL;DR

Account Manager (B2B Data): Owns and grows a portfolio of customers, focusing on leading commercial onboarding and driving early time-to-value. Focus on renewals and expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to customers in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.

Location: Hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Paris office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead commercial onboarding by aligning stakeholders on goals, success metrics, and early value.
  • Drive adoption and value through structured customer conversations demonstrating ongoing impact and ROI.
  • Manage renewals proactively, identifying and mitigating risk early.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities based on demonstrated value and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French & English - Written and spoken proficiency in both languages is essential.
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing an existing book of business.
  • Strong commercial acumen in renewals, expansion strategy, prioritization, and negotiation.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships and outcomes.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive with strong follow-through.
