Junior Account Manager (France) (Saas)

Junior Account Manager (Saas): Consulting customers on their growth journey, building strong relationships with the French customer base, and collecting customer feedback. Focus on customer-centric software product development and deepening customer relationships with direct-to-consumer brands across Europe.

What you will do
- Consult customers on their growth journey, discovering optimization levers and preparing new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the French customer base, serving as the connecting element between customers and the team.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback closely with the product team to ensure the development of the best customer-centric software product.
- Onboard new French customers into the software and processes with the Onboarding team.
- Join the pan-European account management team, and help deepen customer relationships.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for personal development and a passion for building lasting relationships.
- Strong analytical and empathetic abilities to leverage in communication towards customers.
- Love the responsibility of being the face of towards customers.
- Fluent in writing and speaking in both French and English (C2).
- Experience in a Start-Up, Software, or SaaS company before; logistics experience is a plus.
