TL;DR

What you will do

  • Consult customers on their growth journey, discovering optimization levers and preparing new product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the French customer base, serving as the connecting element between customers and the hirify.global team.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback closely with the product team to ensure the development of the best customer-centric software product.
  • Onboard new French customers into the hirify.global software and processes with the Onboarding team.
  • Join the pan-European account management team, and help deepen customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for personal development and a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical and empathetic abilities to leverage in communication towards customers.
  • Love the responsibility of being the face of hirify.global towards customers.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking in both French and English (C2).
  • Experience in a Start-Up, Software, or SaaS company before; logistics experience is a plus.
