Business Development Representative (AI): Driving hirify.global's business development activities by managing inbound and outbound leads, engaging with sales and marketing executives to execute market campaigns, and educating early-phase prospects. Focus on optimizing the sales development process and technology stack to drive performance in the AI space.

Location: This role can be based in Paris or London.

What you will do

  • Manage a large volume of daily inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with Sales and Marketing executives to design, research, and execute outbound market campaigns.
  • Work with Sales Executives to prospect and close large enterprise deals.
  • Educate and nurture early-phase prospects for future opportunities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hirify.global DSS and its value proposition.
  • Analyze and report on weekly activities to identify potential optimizations.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant experience and proven success in sales or business development in the software/tech industry or in a startup.
  • Able to demonstrate organizational and project management skills.
  • Highly analytical and understand the need to track everything you do.
  • Interested in innovative issues as Data Science and Predictive Analysis.
  • Must be a native French speaker or have full business proficiency.
